Experienced professional in setting up & expanding company operations. Was appointed by the Management Board of “Sterlite Power” to execute their 1st international expansion into Brazil. He was instrumental in setting-up and building the company in Brazil, develop & execute strategic growth plan and sustain operations. The company delivered outstanding results with his lead, in a mere duration of 2 years, by registering growth of Brazilian portfolio to US$ 2B with a top line of US$ 200M through establishing wins of 10 HV transmission line & sub-station projects. Built large team of the highest-calibre talent to run business and develop projects while maintaining the culture and values of the company. Gave record breaking results on project development in schedule, returns, safety, quality, and innovation. Created a strong Sterlite Brand in Brazil with strategic communication, liaison and result oriented operations.

A professional having 21 years of hands-on ground experience in project management and development of multi-billion-dollar large-scale capital / infrastructure projects. Received several recognitions for his outstanding contributions in projects development and known for his foresightedness, decision making, problem solving, project execution, and task implementation capabilities. Have registered achievements of turning around projects into successful direction.

A professional having multi-industry experience as a developer, EPC contractor & a consultant. Have lead project management of “Transmission lines & Substations with Sterlite Power”, “Thermal Power Plants with Reliance Power”, “Telecom infra with Reliance Infocom”, “Crude Oil refinery with Reliance Engineering”, “Shops, Central processing & distribution units with Reliance Retail”, “Cross country Oil & Gas pipelines with Punj Lloyd”. Also worked as a principal consultant (subject matter expert) for 2 years with Accenture for L&T Hydrocarbons & Tata Steel for their respective project development.

A professional with experience of working in different cultures with his diversified work experience in different industries and geographies. He has worked in India (home country), Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil.

A professional along with hard-core project management experience have also proven record and hands-on experience of strategic projects of operational excellence (designed & implemented new operating model for Sterlite Brazil, resulted in reduction of fixed cost by approx. ~ 50%), strategic procurement (designed & implemented procurement strategy resulted in cost saving and eliminated project risks), business process re-engineering (designed & implemented a structured stake holder management process, resulted in environmental licencing of projects in a record time), innovation projects (implemented use of drones in projects, resulted in receipt of GOLD award by Protecao magazine, Brazil in Safety Innovation category, Was instrumental in Heli- crane operation implementation for the 1st time in India.
